The staff was very very helpful and top-class in all services. The venue was in a stunning location near to the center of the Fira where all the shopping. I enjoyed this simply stunning and surprising place, stayed there for 4 nights. Big size units with comfortable bed, big shower, as for instance, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating!
