The place was fairly clean and ideal, it had extremely friendly and gentle staff from cleaners to manager. We had a generous breakfast with full rich yogurt in their dining room. The hotel's location was very central, to the Fira square.

The place was excellent value and stunningly beautiful, with its very amiable staff from cleaners to manager. The setting was perfect, close to many good restaurants and shops, Firostefani, which is a 10 minute walk to both Fira and Imerovigli through the waking path and Caldera view.

Appreciated the place, had an extra special stay during our visit. The breakfast was generous and hearty with hot options and fantastic cappuccino and fresh juices, and the restaurant was great. The staff were dedicated and best, no complaints whatsoever. The location in a relaxing area was absolutely perfect and there were a market and a bakery nearby.
