Excellent service, exceptional views of the sunset from my twin room. It had basic facilities you needed, a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and an ironing set. The pool area was heated and the location was stunning, really close to the cliffs at Fira, supermarket and bars, and Fira.

The staff were accommodating and welcoming, they helped with luggage. The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to the restaurants eating anyway, all the resraurants and shops are, and shops are. It also was in other restaurant.

I spend 7 nights in Fira lovely. The rooms where new-fashioned and had hypoallergenic pillows. Refrigerators and glassware were nice. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating & helped with luggage.
