The pool was great and I had delicious drinks in the poolside bar. My absolutely stunning room had a safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. The staff was nice providing the information.

All the staff members were outstandingly accommodating. I had unique, new-fashioned room complete with jacuzzi, Caldera View and incredible views. The service was good and the food was outstanding: )
Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were aggressive.

The accommodation was wonderful, pool was lovely, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was airy and had a splendid view of the sunrise. Its super friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff made our stay a really amazing experience. The location in a decent area was stunning and there were a local market and local markets nearby.

Unbelievable and charming accommodation with unique setting near Very close to other restaurants as well as restaurants in town. Stunning room with an exceptional view of the sunrise and tasteful decor. Delicious and appetising food for breakfast. Great pool, parking nearby. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Fabulous overall experience.

Nothing to complain about, we truly enjoyed this absolutely amazing and great hotel, do recommend. Everything was wonderful, with fabulous staff, met requirements. Unbeatable and unbelievable location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. Had a fab stay in our exceptionally nice room with the terrace. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The provided service was flawless!

the location of the hotel is unbeatable and stunning, very close to the mountain, many restaurants and shops and car rentals. the senior queen suite is elegant and has a safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed. the staff is being nice.
