The service was excellent throughout our stay. Its location in Fira was nice and fantastic, very close to Katikies Garden and an old monastery.

The location was incredible and marvellous, short walk to shops, restaurants, Katikies Garden, and olde monastery and easily accessible. Visited a Greek Catholic church, one of the tourist spots, located not very far from the hotel. I stayed in amazingly comfortable room with the jetted hot tub balcony, bedroom, for instance as expected. Enjoyed appetising food in the restaurant.

Came here for 3 nights with my family members, had a special stay. Marvellous location very close to the shops, and the rooms were outstanding and exceptionally comfortable. I had a sea view and a sofa bed, central heating and an electronic key card. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, offered excellent services.

The hotel was clean with amazingly attentive staff, it was an interesting place for a wedding ceremony. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was appetising. The venue had excellent and peaceful location close to all the shops and an old monastery.

Came here for trip, had romantic 3 days overall. The room was beautifully decorated and luxurious with an underground bathroom and we greatly enjoyed the stay. The facilities such as a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card were available. Extremely friendly and top-class staff did a great job. The hotel's location was fantastic, next to Katikies Garden, restaurants and shops and the center.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and exceptional, the accommodation was well-maintained and fairly clean. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast. The rooms were comfy, especially those with an underground bathroom, the jetted hot tub balcony, jetted hot tub. It was in a marvellous location near to Greece, and the center of Fira which is both good.
