Our stay here was really really nice, incredible base for exploring Torres del Paine National Park. The unit we got was clean and warm with great view and amazing views plus electric heating. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant.

The room was exceptionally nice and warm, it had a shower and fresh towels. The breakfast was good with a wide range of food, including coffee, toast, jam and eggs.

I loved the double room with private bathroom, electric heating, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near to beautiful nature and friendly horses, dogs and other animals, the beautiful national park Torres del Paine, and the southern park entrance.

Really helpful staff and the location was stunning and incredible. Plus it was in a beautiful area. Our room was clean and cosy with amazing views, liked having access to wake-up service.

Spent 2 nights here with my dogs, had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast food was satisfactory, the staff were very hospitable. The hotel was in a peaceful and unbeatable location close to a valley and a park.
